Oversaw all aspects of the team. Interfaced with various departments within the organization to ensure streamlining and effective project management. Worked with Marketing Department to develop project specifications as well as managing beta test plan and delivery of products to the beta testers. Worked closely with the Operations team and Contract Manufacturing to schedule and complete pilot runs of new products. Performed and documented product review meetings with management and all other stakeholders in the organization. Utilized Microsoft Project to plan and manage product/service project plans. Overseeing the development of all product documentation, firmware and work instructions for manufacturing. Managed the finalization of design and introduction into mass production. Contributed to the on-going improvement of our ISO-9001 procedures and manuals. Products developed produced revenues of over 10 million dollars annually.
